About the Ferguson Center for the Arts

In just five years, Christopher Newport University's Ferguson Center for the Arts has become an international force, presenting the finest cultural attractions in the world. Close to 1 million people from around the nation have experienced hundreds of performances in our acoustically-superb theatres.

We continue to believe that "world class" means different things to different people. Our 2009-2010 Signature Season features more than 25 of the finest artists and touring productions offering a variety of entertainment, including comedy, jazz, country, magic, orchestras, Broadway stars and more. You can enjoy Jeff Foxworthy, George Jones, Johnny Mathis, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, The Peking Acrobats, Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance and Chita Rivera.

On performances nights, the Concert Hall Ticket Offce opens 90 minutes prior to the performance and remains open thirty minutes after the start of the show.
