TV Talk with Kerri: What's On the Tube in August?

Posted by Keri Cushna in Television , Charlottesville

TVtimeWhat's on TV in August?

By Kerri Cushna

Ah, what to watch, what to watch? Here we are in the middle of August, the summer is winding down, and the trips to the beach are becoming few and far between. With the heat index being nearly 100 degrees and over during the last week or more, there is little left to do outside for fear of suffering the painful side effects of being sweaty and uncomfortable.

Hot Yoga in Williamsburg

Thinking of Trying Hot Yoga?

HOT Yoga is a series of Yoga poses done in a heated room. The room usually has a temperature of 95-105 degrees to allow for more flexibility, less injury, and - you guessed it - more sweating.  The best part about Hot Yoga is that you don't have to be an expert to try it. You don't even have to have done Yoga before. The Hot Yoga classes are recommended for everyone from first day beginners to advanced students. The beauty of it is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability.
