Date: Thursday Evenings at 5:30 pm and Saturday Mornings at 10 am

The Albemarle Charlottesville Historical Society is pleased to offer expertly guided Walking Tours of Historic Downtown Charlottesville. Stroll around the Court Square familiar to Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and James Monroe. Learn about the early years of Charlottesville, its citizens, businesses and buildings. During a one-hour tour, you will see reminders of over 250 years of our community's heritage. Learn more about the unique history, architecture, and people of Charlottesville. Each tour lasts approximately one hour.

Additional Info: On the third Saturday morning of each month we offer a Tour of the Downtown Mall. Tours of the African American Starr Hill neighborhood are given by request.
