So every fall there are always the lovely limited edition pumpkin flavored edibles: pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin donuts, pumpkin pralines etc. This year I found a new pumpkin flavored item: pumpkin spice pudding by Jell-O. And out of this
pudding one can make the most delectable Pumpkin Spice Mousse Pie in about 15 minutes or less. If you need a fast dessert this Thanksgiving or a change from the traditional pumpkin pie this is a great recipe.

When planning for a Thanksgiving party, especially if you won't know all the guests, preparing tofurky side-by-side with traditional turkey might help vegetarians to feel more welcome. And if you're vegetarian yourself, tofurky is not a bad option to consider when planning out your holiday meals.
