Kids can learn the basics of fishing with area fishing expert Don Lancaster on Saturday, Nov. 6 at the Virginia Living Museum, Newport News. Lancaster, who operated the Chickahominy River Bass and Crappie Guide Service for 12 years, also writes monthly fishing articles and conducts fresh water fishing classes and saltwater fishing seminars around Hampton Roads, in addition to his weekly radio show.

Lancaster, whose Fishing Tidewater radio program can be heard every Saturday morning on WHKT Radio 1650AM, will present a program on “The ABCs of Fishing” on Nov. 6 from 1-3:30 p.m.
