Peninsula Town Center Comes to Life with Opening of New Stores and Announcements of More Major Tenants to Come
At 10:00 a.m., the clock struck zero, and more than 50 stores opened, heralding the official grand opening of the 1.1-million square foot Peninsula Town Center, the largest economic development project in the history of the city of Hampton and a major new employer and shopping/office/residential destination for the Hampton Roads region.
Over the next several weeks and months, more than 20 additional stores and restaurants, many new to the state or region, will open at the Peninsula Town Center.
Other new retailers announced at the Grand Opening, which were not part of a January 19th announcement, include: Beach Treats, Bead Haven, California Sun, Cell Fashions, CREAM, Fashion Shawls and More, Gold Designs, Green Gates Gifts, Italian Milano, McDonald Garden Market, Nature's Beauty, Olive Ole, Snack Shack, The Cuddly Hippo and Wink.
