On Saturday, December 18th from 12-4 PM the Heritage Humane Society will be at The Nautical Dog in New Town. You'll be able to meet some of their adorable dogs. A fantastic gift basket provided by Nautical Dog will be raffled off that afternoon so come by and meet these sweet animals.

Howl-a-woof

The Friends of Ruff House Dog Park Association is having their second annual Howl-a-woof event at Ruff House Dog Park. This event is one of many events we have throughout the year to raise money to maintain and improve the park. 
The Howl-a-woof event features a dog costume contest, a dog/owner costume contest, pups on parade, and many other events. Dress up your best 4-legged friend and bring him to the park. It starts at 11am and last until 2pm.
We are setup right next to the dog park which is in Rockwood park at the corner of Hull Street and Courthouse Road. See our web site for more information, directions and photos from last year's event. The Friends of Ruff House volunteers work and raise money to keep the dog park going.
