Body Balance Studio offers all levels of students a wide variety of Hatha Yoga styles to fit their individual needs, including Vinyasa, Prenatal, Pilates, Yoga & Pilates Combination, and Kettlebells. In addition to regular classes 7-days a week, there are also workshops, on-site classes and weekly meditation and massages. Adding yoga or pilates to your workout routine can increase your strength and flexibility and can be a great workout and a lot of fun.
