Body Balance Opens Second Location:  Come Welcome the New Prince George Studio this October.

The room usually has a temperature of 95-105 degrees to allow for more flexibility, less injury, and - you guessed it - more sweating.  The best part about Hot Yoga is that you don't have to be an expert to try it. You don't even have to have done Yoga before. The Hot Yoga classes are recommended for everyone from first day beginners to advanced students. The beauty of it is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability.
