Come join us for an extraordinary event ‘An Evening With Adagio' beginning at 6:30pm with a champagne greeting and passed Hors D'oeuvres, followed at 7:00pm by a Press conference with both Matthew and Executive Chef Brian participating in a lively moderated discussion hosted by a special guest. A wine-paired 4-Course dinner will follow at 7:30pm, featuring the culinary styling of Executive Chef Brian mated to Matthew Meyer's Acte 12 Chardonnay, Trianon Cabernet Franc, and his 2007 Adagio wines.
