Independence Day Specials at Body Balance Studio: $4 Yoga Classes July 4th and July 5th

Body Balance Studio offers several Yoga classes taught in a multi-level format with safe modifications and is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. The Yoga sessions teach traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body.

The Yoga workouts combine deep breathing, stretching, strength & balance, cardiovascular exercise and a meditation/"cool down" session.

Directions:

Fom Route 199 take the Route 60 East exit. At the light between the Whaling Company and SunTrust, turn right onto McLaws Circle. Follow McLaws Circle around until you see McLaws Centre on the right. Turn into the parking lot and you will find Body Balance Studio straight back and on the right - number 370.
