Commemorate Veteran's Day

Bring your friends and family to a reenactment of the Second Virginia Convention of March 1775. In the presence of Washington, Jefferson, and other notable Virginians, Patrick Henry delivered his passionate call for liberty, uttering the immortal words, "Give me liberty or give me death!" 1:30 pm - Patriotic music program on the 1905 Stein organ
2:00 pm - Reenactment program begins

The Patrick Henry Committee interprets the historic significance of St. John's Church by conducting guided tours, performances of the Second Virginia Convention, and through a permanent exhibition that features information on the political climate of Virginia and Patrick Henry's career as a great orator who defended the rights of the colonists.
