Mummies, daddies, ghouls and goblins are invited to the Virginia Zoo's spooktacular event -- ZooBoo. Grab your costume and join us as the Virginia Zoo is transformed into an exciting and safe Halloween alternative with treats at every turn.

* $4 for members 2 and up * $8 for non-members 2 and up * Children under 2: Free * No passes, discounts or coupons accepted * Rides are cash only; ATMs available in gift shop and restaurant
The Zoo will close at 3 p.m. Saturday, October 31 and reopen at 6 p.m. for Fright Night.
 If you haven't seen the lion cubs at the Virginia Zoo then you have to make a visit to see them. Four lion cubs were born at the Zoo this past May, 2009. They are currently on exhibit with their mother, Zola.
I have seen them and they are absolutely precious!! But don't take my word for it. Take the family to see these furry little cubs. They are adorable!
