American Pride Automotive Gives Back to the Community with Family Service DayEvery six weeks the dedicated service staff at American Pride Automotive opens the doors to single-parent families who need help with maintenance on cars and trucks. Staff members volunteer their time to provide free oil changes (and filters), rotate the tires and check all belts, hoses and fluid levels. If you're a single parent, it's a great opportunity to make sure your car is operating properly. The July 31st Family Service Day was held their Williamsburg location, and was a huge success. They helped 26 grateful families and were able to continue giving back to the community. You can see a few photos from the event on their Facebook page, here. Family Service Day is held every six weeks, alternating between their Williamsburg and Yorktown/Newport News locations. The next Family Service Day will be in Yorktown/Newport News on September 18, 2010.
