The Sister Cities of Virginia Beach and Miyazaki, Japan invite you to enjoy traditional Japanese music, dancing, martial arts demonstrations, and other cultural experiences during cherry blossom season. Food will be available for purchase by Black Angus.  Free admission and onsite parking.

Rain date: Sunday, March 28, 11 am - 2:30 pm.
