Spooktacular Experiences for the Whole Family

As one of the most haunted regions in America, Halloween in Hampton Roads cannot be celebrated in just one weekend. For those who are seeking happy Halloween fun or a truly spooktacular time, Insider’s Passport has tricks and treats for everyone.
