Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration in Newport NewsJanuary 17, 2011 12 pm - 5pm
A day of remembrance for the life and work of civil rights leader, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. There will be children's educational craft activities from 12 to 2pm. At 2pm the animated movie, "My Friend Martin" will be shown. At 3:30pm a documentary film of the March on Washington will be shown.
