The tail-end of the college football season is an exciting time for football fans. As the season winds down and teams battle for coveted bowl-game positions, each game assumes greater intensity and interest to the casual or dedicated spectator. A great game is a great game, but a great game that pushes a team into a bowl position is an even greater game. Next Saturday, 6:00pm at Foreman Field, the Old Dominion University Monarchs battle the Georgetown Hoyas in a must-win game for both teams. Honestly, it's more of a must-win for the Monarchs, who are having a winning season and are looking to turn those wins into a chance at a premier bowl game by season's end. The Hoyas have yet to win a game this season. But don't let your spirits waiver Georgetown fans! Georgetown could very well win this game, and don't you want to be there as they win their first (and possibly only) game of the season? Whether you are a Monarchs fan or a Hoyas fan or just a football fan looking for the best way to spend a Saturday afternoon, the game promises to be an exciting, exhilarating game for all!
