Holiday Lights at the Beach, Boardwalk November 20 - January 1, 2009 See Virginia Beach in a whole new "light." Over 450,000 lights will adorn the Virginia Beach oceanfront and will feature nautical and holiday displays that you can actually drive your motorcoach through. This #1 light show is a "must Sea" when visiting the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Jumping dolphins and other animated nautical and holiday displays will transform into a "fantasea" of lights during Holiday Lights at the Beach, the resort city's popular drive- through display. With more than 250 light displays, the Virginia Beach boardwalk will shine for over two miles. Tourists will delight in this illuminated journey surrounded by festive fish, colorful sailboats, jumping dolphins and Santa Claus himself in a variety of animated nautical and holiday themes.
