Spend a Scary Evening at The Byrd Theatre
Wednesday, 21 October 2009 14:00

I'm not one for scary movies but my best friend LOVES them.  This is her favorite time of the year to go to the movies.  She told me how disappointed she was with the new release horror movies out this year and how much she was looking forward to seeing the fully restored Dark Night of the Scarecrow. This poster is so scary I almost can't look at it.  But....I'll be going with her because there is something strange about the enjoyment of being scared.  And it's the season for scary movies.  And watching it at midnight at the Byrd will make it that much more fun...and scary.

One Night Only Special Midnight Screening - Saturday, October 24th

Tickets $12 - click on the tickets to get your tickets.

About the Byrd Theatre Foundation

In order to make certain the Byrd remains Richmond’s Grand Movie Palace for another 80 years and beyond, the Byrd Theatre Foundation, a not-for-profit 501© 3 entity, was formed and arranged to purchase the building.

To restore and preserve the Byrd while continuing to offer diverse educational, cultural, and entertainment opportunities to our community, we need your donations. Want to help?
