On Sunday, April 11, 2010 at the Chesapeake Bay Wine Classic, Executive Chef Bobby Huber will be representing Steinhilber's by participating in the first Wine Classic "Chef Smackdown," an Iron-Chef style cook-off, competing with six other top chefs in the area. This event is a great oppotunity to sample hundreds of international wines and cuisine from the best local chefs. Steinhilber's will be staffing a booth at the wine tasting and serving one of their specialty menu items, Seared Scallops with Apple Butter (the recipe Bobby is preparing in the video clip above), available at the restaurant throughout the month of February! Cooking with Bobby - if you love to cook, or love to eat, and are interested in attending cooking classes, please let Steinhilber's know!
