Online registration is closed, but you can still register at the Health & Fitness Expo for the 2010 Dodge Rock ‘n' Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon for $125. All who register for the 2010 race at the Expo will receive this stylish 10th anniversary tee (while supplies last!).

4pm Greg Meyer, Running and Proper Nutrition: Join Greg Meyer, the last American winner of the Boston Marathon, for an interactive clinic. After the seminar, Greg will be available for questions a free gift from Nutrilite.
5pm Beat the Heat with Running Doc Lewis G. Maharam, M.D., FACSM, Rock ‘n' Roll Marathon Series Medical Director

11am The Penguin Plan: Inspiration, Motivation, Celebration
