The Williamsburg Storytelling Collaborative presents: Stories That Make a Difference

Giving Voice, Giving Hope to Children: A Storytelling Benefit Concert to Support Colonial CASA

Saturday, August 28, 2010
3-4PM

Delight in an afternoon of stories for all ages, highlighting the joy and innocence of children. This benefit event will invoke laughter and heart-touching moments and support the work of an organization that believes every child deserves to live in a safe and permanent home. All proceeds will support Colonial CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). CASA is the eyes and ears of the court, and you, the members of the community, are the hands and heart. Together we can provide a voice for abused and neglected children. "To give a child a CASA is to give them a voice. To give them a voice is to give them hope, and to give them hope is to give them the world." For more information about Colonial CASA, visit www.colonialcasa.org.

Location:
Kimball Theatre
428 West Duke of Gloucester Street
Williamsburg, VA 23185
(757) 565-8588
